Get these first:
Careful Synth - WVR 15
Hasty Touch - CUL 15
Rumination - CRP 15
Manipulation - You have this already
Tricks of the Trade - LTW 15

Then these:
Steady Hand II - CUL 37
Byregot's Blessing - CRP 50

For Ken, a really cheap technique is to make your opponent guess between
j.hp and x-up EX Tatsu. The spacing is a bit tricky but once you figure it
out it's OP because the EX Tatsu is hit-confirmable into Ultra, or a ground
EX Tatsu combo. His zoning game with fireballs is not that great, but you
wanna stick with the LP fireball cos it travels the slowest. If you do it
from the edge of the screen the opponent cannot jump forward because you
can air-to-air them or DP. His main footsie tool is f.mk. When you start
with Ken, you basically just wanna learn f.mk, cr.mk xx fireball. It's a
frame trap from the right distance. When you have two bars, you mix it up
with f.mk, DP (FADC) or f.mk, throw (this is what you need the kara throw
for but you can ignore it for now) or f.mk, f.hk (taping gives and
overhead, holding gives a feint). His basic hit-confirm is cr.lk, cr.lp,
HP DP (jumping forward immediately is safe if they quick rise, if they
don't you get time for another setup). A damaging easy-to-learn combo is
cr.lk, cr.lp, (you can use two jabs) st.lp , cr.mk xx EX Tatsu. It's an
easy link - st.lp is +7f and cr.mk is 4f. After the EX Tatsu you are at
+1f, so the opponent has to guess between throw, DP (FADC), or cr.lk into
the same combo.
