What I mean is the tricky part is ensuring that you're locked on a proper target. If you're busy casting Physick/Cure on yourself/pet and switch to Bio II, you'll get the invalid target message and your position won't update. There's not enough time to manually select a target, or confirm that the next tabbed target is legit/in range. I'm considering creating a macro that will always cast Bio II on my focus target, and setting the focus target to the boss before a fight starts.
