I purchased mine at Office max for $19.95 .

Have seen them at Staples, Radio Shack and probably other places, I know best
Buy has them as well. Make sure to get one that supports SD.

Aha! I was unaware of that, but isn't the Stream itself essentially a card
reader? And just after I typed the preceding sentence I thought of something
else; if the problem is in the UAK then a separate card reader would not have
that problem and I could transfer onto the card that way and then insert the
card in the Stream. Am I correct about that? How much does an external card
reader cost? Where can I get one; any store that sells computer accessories? Is
there an on line source that you would recommend for ordering one? In a message

I want to reply to one thing you said.

My computer didn't have a card reader, either, but I bought one. Most of
them go on a USB port.
