No, anyone who is visually impaired can you either service and those with other conditions that prevent them from reading print are eligible as well, but of course a doctor's approval is needed first. Out of curiosity, what makes one eligible for NLS? For example, can a person with dyslexia use NLS? They can use Bookshare, right?
