To make a bullet in the Braillenote.
Do the following, this is on a QT keyboard, so modify.
Hit Function with I to pull up insert.
Unicode character is choice three or four.
Type bullet into the search box.
And then hit enter, down arrow till you find the right character, and hit
enter.
The next time you have to insert one, it will be the first thing in the
unicode character's box.
I still would use stars, as there is a lot of books with stars as bullets,
and they are uniform as far as Braille translators and word processing
documents.
