Hi Mei We use PaperCut <http://www.papercut.com/> to manage student printing and it has significantly reduced the paper waste. Students send print jobs from their laptops, go to the LLC printing station, log in and release their print jobs. They are given $5.00 each semester and each copy is $0.10. They can also purchase additional $5.00 cards at our bookstore and can even transfer money to other students' accounts if needed. This system works really well for us, and I don't really have any complaints about it.
