Wayne, et al; Last night was the best evening we have had so far. Pretty clear all night, so pretty fair contrast in the Milky Way and steady views. AJ Crayon and Dick Harshaw arrived during the afternoon yesterday and I observed with the 12X80 binoculars last night. I agree with Wayne that the big binoculars provide a great view of clusters and nebulae along the Milky Way and I enjoyed the views. I will post later some of the observations once I get them typed in. We took a break at 11 PM and sat around the table discussing what we had observed or imaged and laughed at old stories and made up a few new ones. All in all a very fun night.
