It may have been the Mass Effect 3 prelaunch balloon from Vegas - seriously. They've placed a number of copies of ME-3 onto weather balloons and launched them for suborbital flights. The game boxes are equipped with GPS tracking info broadcast through the Bioware Mass Effect 3 Twitter account and a special website. People are tracking them to try and grab these special copies before the game goes on sale March 6th.
