After a whole evening repeatably seeing the above, today is different.
Backing up !Newsdir using 'Mirror' appears to work as expected. C'est
la vie, I guess.
Do bear in mind that when Mpro updates the contents of a folder, it
"touches" quite a few of the related compressed files. This means that
SafeStore will detect changes to a number of files, so the backup may be
larger than you might think.
My general advice tends to be to use "disc to disc" (ie. not to NAS)
backup for Mpro data (for speed), and then just copy to NAS occasionally
(eg. disc to disc every few days, disc to NAS once a month). However, the
ARMX6 "TurboLAN" upgrade puts ARMX6->NAS at similar speeds to disc to
disc, so it is probably no longer an issue.
