Do you use the Weight rule? I.e. is the NSQ module loaded? I've had
issues with that with RISC OS 5 on RPCEmu for years (which is the main
reason I'm using RO 4.39). It was never a problem with RO 5 on real
ARM hardware though, so I assumed it had to do with RPCEmu.
