Got it, thanks, Frank. However, it has successfully sent once, but
failed several times, always with:
030 Error &813F27 - Handshake error (state 76)
I thought I had cured it by adding a Client entry in the Settings
file, whereupon it worked the once, but failed again when I tried
to send the previous version of this email. I can ping the email
server, by IP address as resolved by MSC and by name.
IIRC state 76 came up in discussions about earlier versions of
AcornSSL (and I am definitely using the 12 Oct 2018 version).
