Well I can't speak for everyone but I used copper moonshines approach.
However it did advise me to actually put my ss number in. But to list NO
to all us citizen spots and use in care of and rural delivery for the
address. A few weeks into the wait the state dept Sent a letter asking for
5 forms of ID over 5 years old that had my picture and signature on it. (
Nearly an Impossible feat I should add.)
I responded with a sworn statement stating I am me and backed it up
with a something from the code having to do with a sworn statement under
perjury in equivalent(for the life of me I can't remember what the specific
code was). I received mine a few weeks later. I haven't found a way to
prove it out me on the DO NOT DETAIN list but I followed the instructions
to the T. Remember "OUR WORD IS OUR BOND." They don't want to let us shake
free of the chains or exit the plantation. They give us hell and I can
probably bet a lot of folks just give up. But that worked for me. God bless
