 ask if they have a definition of "LAWFUL Money of the United States. or if 
they read Article 1 Sec 10, 1 no state shall make anything other than GOLD or 
silver coins as tender in payment of debt.  TRCP Art 43.02 Payable in money or 
43.03 Payment of fine.No wonder so much is screwed up as our State employees do 
not read or act under the constitutions

You ever receive a “complaint” for a supposed traffic violation, created and 
received in advance of court date listed on violation?  Here’s one I just 
received.  It’s definitely different than the “violation” as it has a different 
number than the citation number noted on my physical citation.  




I signed this citation under duress and recorded everything so perhaps because 
of the “under duress” signature they got their feelings hurt and sent me this 
letter.  The address noted does match the court address, but it’s VERY odd as 
I’ve never received anything like this in all my 25yrs of traveling.  And this 
is really the first time in my very few run ins with LEOs that i’ve asserted my 
rights.




Also, the fine listed is the same as the citation.  Kinda weird

I just tried method 2 free mail in zip code 75078 post office for registered 
mail and didn’t work at all.  
perhaps the certified does because you fill out and just drop in box but 
registered mail must be done in person and the postmaster there said the 
“postage prepaid” is not postage at all.
any idea?

this you can use the info to keep all of that debt stuff where it belongs, in 
the matrix, without getting your hands dirty.

for the number or signed the SS card that says not valid unless signed.  So the 
solution is to simply stop using it, since it isn't really yours anyway.  It's 
just the Roman cult taking your name in vain.  I recall listening to some of 
Glenn's earlier videos where he said he discovered these things in his 
mid-30's.  I doubt he was lucky enough to have no SSN assigned by the SSA, but 
from his videos and files it looks like has found ways of not using an SSN and 
not getting extorted.
Now in my mid-30's myself, I have been mostly able to get by just not using a 
number, such as not using credit cards, working for cash or selling property on 
consignment or on eBay, never giving a number to a company for identification 
or a credit check, etc.  But now online companies like eBay are starting to 
withhold your money if you don't give them an SSN.  The only way I can see 
around that is having a bank account without some form of "real-ID" that ties 
you to an SSN. The real ID crap started when I was about 19 yrs. old and didn't 
have a clue.  Admittedly I have been pretty slow to figure things out and find 
people that I can trust as it relates to these matters.  Since I don't have the 
resources to sue a company like eBay or Amazon, the passport seems to be the 
best bet, but even then they threaten to fine you for not putting "your" SSN.  
Also I got a DL in my late 20's and it is due for renewal next year.  So I 
wanted to find out if anyone found a way to get a passport without putting an 
SSN.
