Thanks fellas and I had one when I became a us citizen 1991 and I thought
that I did order it along with expedited service. This thread reminded me I
needed to contact them about a refund. As far as yay or nay on the ss. I
agree with you ... I don't think it matters in this case. The main thing
under my impression was the NO US CITIZENS for yourself or anywhere on the
application. But meh I don't know much about anything. Just interested in

status according to what your passport says when swiped. Some have taken
it to their local sheriff and explained that they have received their state
national passport and would like to check on my status. Plus then it is
already logged in to their database that you are a "state national" and

Yes i agree with Bill...if you have never been issued a SSN *then *you
must enter zeros.

one but still valid; and i don't see your point about taxes for U.S.
Citizens and Resident Aliens abroad... both of these titles own taxes..
? so what does that have to do with putting in zeros on the app? for the
SSN?

Best way to "compromise" is to place brackets around the number and put
it on there. The brackets officially remove it from the document...
