Hi,
I know their policies are better than other banks but there are instances
where they have denied giving Debit card / Cheque book facilities to a VH
even he is ready to sign.
It reminds me about an ATM machine article which stated that the banks will
soon introduce an ATM Machine for Villegers considering that they will be
scanned with a web can and their hand print will be scanned to identify
them.
The core of that was that the villegers will not have to enter any pin or
sign but only the technology will do things for them. I understand that the
villegers are in a better state.
Regards
Mukesh Sharma

Hi Mukesh,

I heard that among the international banks, ICICI is a lot more
blind-friendly. Try opening an account with them if Citibank is not
cooperative.
