Hi Carol No problem, it is like this, Well in google you activate both pop and imap, it is possible, then in outlook or whatever program you are using, you set up two gmail accounts, one as pop and one as imap, the pop one downloads the messages to the outlook inbox and the imap one downloads the headers but saves the messages on the website, obviously using the pop one, I don't see anything in my inbox on gmail but I can easily access the spam and other folders from within outlook, it is quite easy. I am using outlook 2007 pro. Hope that helps? Perhaps I'm not understanding you and, if that's the case, I'm sorry but it's because I'm interested in what you're saying as I may find it useful, so perhaps you could explain exactly how you work. Thanks.
