Again the pcspecialist site (now that I've got the name right) talks you =
through options on back-up. By opting for a 2nd internal drive with raid =
1 you can have data auto duplicated on the 2nd drive leaving you always =
with a complete back-up.  It's a bit more expensive than manually =
backing up essential data but is a lot more cost effective than using an =
external drive.
