Hi Steve,
A colleague of mine here has noticed that the blank messages seem to come
from those using office 365. I have found a view menu in my office 2010 when
not in a message. The style is set to western. I still have the problem.

It's not there in 2013. There is no view menu. Still looking. You peeps
with older versions of Office or Outlook <Smile>.
