Hi Elenor, Like you I have about a week or so left on my free months trial, and
I have been very disapointed in that I have not been able to use my new
windows8 laptop system on the trial, as the Overdrive app for the windows8
systems is not yet available, and therefor, I cannot use the laptop for
downloading audio books.

I did weeks ago regarding my subscription and needless to say I never had a
response. I did have one response weeks ago when I made my initial complaint
about not hearing but then silence!!! I had been offered a free trial period
and asked if the dates could be altered as I was in the middle of university
exams. I think by now I have about a week free trial left because to date I
was unable to take up this free offer. I was also to hear back regarding my
local authority but again a huge silence!!!
