I did weeks ago regarding my subscription and needless to say I never had a 
response.  I did have one response weeks ago when I made my initial 
complaint about not hearing but then silence!!!  I had been offered a free 
trial period and asked if the dates could be altered as I was in the middle 
of university exams.  I think by now I have about a week free trial left 
because to date I was unable to take up this free offer.  I was also to hear 
back regarding my local authority but again a huge silence!!!
