I have not downloaded from audible.co.uk recently, but if you are
downloading from there rather than the .com site, (which I would think
knowing you live in Scotland), have you contacted audible support?
If not, and you don't have their number, feel free to contact me off list
and I'll send it to you later this evening or tomorrow morning.
