Hi Jonathan,

Perhaps you might like to compare notes with Nick Williamson
at RNIB Birmingham.

I would be interesting to see how your experiences differ.

George.

The biggest problem will be with the lack of useable
applications. Office and ITunes are out for a start. yes
it's a Mac and yes it talks - but that's about it right now.

If Tiger were a car, it would have no headlights and
only work on alternate days, in April and only if it wasn't
raining! If that's what your after, it's right for you.

        Hi,

Was thinking of getting a Mac Mini or something else
to use Tiger. Atm the Mac Mini is appealing because it is
cheap and can use my existing equipment (though I will need
to use a wired keyboard/mouse probably), whereas I don't
have the room for a Imac or anything else. What are
people's opinions? Is the Mac Mini fast enough to run
Tiger/Screen Access successfully?

        Thanks.
        Andrew.
