Hi Eleanor,
If you are a JAWS user, and someone has sent you a message,
1. Open that message,
2. Press ALT+1 quickly twice,
3. Press the applications key,
4. Arrow up to "add to Outlook contacts" and hit the enter key.
JAWS will now speak the name of the person and if you don't like the
order of the name, or the way it is in the field, you can edit this.
Having done this, press Control+S and hit the Escape key and you are
done.

Hope this helps.

Kindest regards,

Subject: [access-uk] Adding E-mail To My Contacts in N95

Hi
I know I should know how to do this but when I go to do it I can't. I
thought I should highlight the name of the person, select options and
then Edit but there is nowhere in the Edit to add e-mail.

Eleanor
