Open that message, 2. Press ALT+1 quickly twice, 3. Press the applications key, 4. Arrow up to "add to Outlook contacts" and hit the enter key. JAWS will now speak the name of the person and if you don't like the order of the name, or the way it is in the field, you can edit this.
