What it takes to change NESDA is some of us troublemakers willing to stick
it out.

NESDA is made up of some of the "common people", the trouble is too many are
not willing to speak up. Me, I choose my fights over there. I have made a
few people upset, and a few things have changed. Not enough.

However I have neither the time nor the financial resources to do more than
sit on the sidelines.
