John,  I will check those components you mentioned. On this chassis C7 is
10uf/50v & C11 is 47uf/35v. Do the components you mention cause ON/OFF
cycling problem when the TV is first turned "ON"? The cycle is about every
1-2 seconds, if I turn down the AC to about 90V the cycle becomes longer.
I've checked every darn cap in the VIPUR, MTT module and mainboard, replaced
about 10 questionable and/or open caps already. Still stumped! David
