Hi Curtis,years ago.
Also, I'm not sure if this computer is 32 or 64 bit. Do you remember
where I find hat information in Win 7? Thanks. Here's what I got
when I tried to download the program:

Hi, but as Mary pointed out the help file is not included in this
version, just updated to work with all later windows' versions
including ten. :) the help file has not changed for a long time, maybe
that is why it wasn't included? :) To tell you the truth as I did Mary
I've never looked in that help file since I began using that program 16
:)
here's a public link.

Your jfw is needing refreshing up to v 16 latest version or, v17
latest version if you wish windows ten, your K1000 is ok, your scanner
and duxbury are fine, wish we had Dusbury 11.5, we still have 10.7 so
my wife's computer cannot use windows ten. :)

I would also love to have the latest version of cdex. I have used
it
for at least 10 years from XP forward and it has always worked like
a
charm. I'm still in Windows 7 and am concerned about moving to
windows 10 for fear that peripherals and software won't work. Forexample, my JAWS is version 11.
My computer has, I think the latest version of K1000 and I'm using a
Plustek Opticbook 3800 scanner and Duxbury 11.5. We have several
computers sitting around here, none of them work very well. Two are
running XP and one has a fan that runs all the time its on. I had
an
Acer laptop that just quit after 18 months of use and my brother
says
the processer went bad. I think I'll stick to desktops at this point.
Sorry if this sounds a bit rambling; not awake yet.

Curtis,
