Thor:
I'm entering too late to this topic, but I'd like to comment
my experience with 30 B&W rolls developed using three bottles of
Tetenal Ultrafin Plus, I have official data from the bottles very
difficult to find now since the Tetenal site no longer has this info
(I don't know why), and I developed some Rollei Retro 100 rolls with
the Tetenal.

You have three kind of Tetenal Ultrafin: SF used 1:1; Plus used 1+4
and 1+8 and Liquid used 1+10,+20 and +30 and then we don't know the
type and the dilution of Ultrafin used for your films, there are
significant differences for developing times according the Ultrafin
type, agitation rythm, temperature, number of rolls in the tank,
developer use condition and type of film of course.
Tetenal bottles include brochures with tables to vary the developing
time handling temperature and number of films already developed with
the same developer and number of rolls to develop together in the same
tank, in other words, there are several causes to obtain bad results.

In spite of some info in the Web giving different times, I developed
the Rollei Retro 100 as an Agfa APX 100 following the Tetenal
brochures instructions for the Ultrafin Plus, it means 8 minutes with
inversion agitation every 1 minute at 20ºC. I always try to develop at
20ºC for the developer, warmer temperatures requires to diminish the
development time and according my experience with the Rodinal Special
(thought for press work and nothing to do with Rodinal except for the
name), I tended to obtain some frames with uneven development due to 3
and 4 minutes as developing times, I obtained excellent results and
this fact convinced me the Retro is Agfa film.
This is a sample, Rolleicord IV, Rollei Retro 100 film developed in
Tetenal Ultrafin Plus 1+4:
