Shannon what you need is a lab that has a film recorder. Some would prefer to 
invert the file themselves and others might want you to.  Just scan and make 
the repair.  Then the lab will likely give you some instructions to get the 
best negative back.  Some might say a 4x5 neg is best and others might say a 
medium format negative would be better.  I'd just listen to the lab.  They know 
their equipment and should give you the right direction for the best results.
