Thanks for the reply! I didn't know about the master list of issues; I'll definitely consult it to avoid redundancy in the future. And as for "surround," if it's a British expression, I'll take your word for it. ;) The only thing that came to my American mind was "stereo surround," and it didn't quite seem the same!

Hi Scott

Thank you very much for your two posts. We are currently compiling a
huge list of issues with the earlier books, and we hope to revisit
them at some point in the near future.

Each book has a list of issues against it that can be viewed from the
Editor Companion: <http://www.projectaon.org/editor/>. In addition to
those lists, we also have a compilation of other problems here:
<http://www.projectaon.org/en/Simon/Errata>. As you can see, it's
rather big! (The reason for this list is that it's easier for
multiple contributors to maintain a wiki page than to dump all the
work on one individual to edit the Editor Companion pages. Hopefully
we can fix this bottleneck in future.)

By and large your edits seem sound to me. The only one I would
disagree on would be (??) 05sots 395: The stone surround -> The stone
surrounding. It may be a chiefly British usage of the word, but 'the
stone surround' would refer to all the stonework surrounding the
doorway, and is a legitimate usage. Of course, ultimately it will be
up to our Project Coordinator to decide what gets altered.

If you happen to see any other problems in the books, please post
them, as we're definitely interested in compiling as long a list as
possible before revisiting them.

For Sommerlund and the Kai!

Kind regards,
