GMan, Maybe I didn't get the most recent .wab...is there more than one? When I went to delete the wab on the stick it said it was a read-only file, & did I still want to delete it. I clicked on yes. When I went back to the old computer to locate the wab I dragged onto the memory stick & noticed it was not a read only. It is in My documents & listed under 'unknown user .wab ', it's properties is 1.01mg, read only....this is the one that did not go through. But, I remembered a .wab.exe listed in programs, Outlook Express so I went there to find that one. I saved that to the stick but that doesn't seem to be current. Once there, open the Address Book and go to File > Import > Address Book and guide the window that opens to the one on the USB key. Simple, no? :O) Peace, GMan -- Please remember to trim your replies (including this sentence and everything below it) and adjust the subject line as necessary.
