I went thru safe mode hoping to get ride of the program files but it keeps sending an error that it needs a particular files. It's got the right click side of the mouse stuck with this error. whenver I try to use it for certain progrms. Something wants a replacement of a certain file that I can't redownload. The program is not on disk and has to come from download. I have no idea how to get rid of this situation. I thought about another restore but I did one and it didn't work so how does one get around this darn error--it comes thru a windows install..
