Try doing a Windows DISK CLEANUP. MY COMPUTER > right-click on the C drive.
Under the GENERAL tab, bottom, click DISK CLEANUP. Follow the onscreen
instructions and see if that helps.
Removing the worm... assuming you mean the blaster worm...
A ton of removal tools and instructions if you go to google and type this in
the search:
w32.blaster.worm
Also, I wrote a quick thingy on removing it, with links to the removal tools.

Still doing scan. The weird thing McAfee tells me I am clean but my disk is
FULL. This is the first time I get hit like this. When I am clean all the
duplicate files. Do they go away or do I have to do it myself??? Confused.
