I wish Wal-mart would do something like this.  Right now anybody can walk in 
and get a refund on anything even if they did not buy it at Wal-mart, with 
or without a reciept and no matter when they bought it.

That literally takes money out of the employee's pocket since our bonus is 
based partially on profit levels of the store.  Frivolous and fraudulent 
returns reduce store profits.
