Don........I surely don't want to make you, or anyone feel stupid.  My comment 
was in an effort to not have the person you wrote to feel stupid.  Here, let me 
give you an example.
A:  It did it and it didn't work

B:  Then you did it wrong.

The answer from "B" may be correct, but not helpful to the person.  The person 
gets no help in determining WHY it was wrong....and the problem still exists.  
I'm not chastising anyone.  Sometimes being helpful is not easy <chuckle>  The 
goal here, though, is to help solve the problem.
