My original instructions were correct and simple.  When he first said it 
didn't work, I posted a second message clarifying the suspected cause of the 
failure.

I stand by my instructions as clarified.  Everybody here is welcome to go 
read the archives and then come back and make me feel stupid.  I don't mind. 
I've felt stupid several times before.
