USB has a data rate of 12 Mbps per second. Of that bandwidth only up to 6
Mbps can be used by one USB device. Ethernet connects directly to the
computer's bus.
Depending on your Ethernet card it accepts 10 Mbps or 100 Mbps. I'd go
w/Ethernet myself.
