Back to the 20D.

How is the metering? I understand that it's stop-down, but works fine. The chaps at my local Canon Dealer tell me it's won't work, but I cannot see why not. Any thoughts?<<<<<<<,

Hi David,

I don't see why it wouldn't work as I've shot the 280mm 2.8 in stopped down and the exposures are right on the mark.

Actually I've put all my Leica glass to the test and not had a problem even stopped down to f 8.0. You can make out OK with a bit of eye effort at f. 11.0 also

Thanks, Ted! :)
