The 20D is basically a junker body. It's a stop gap camera, at best.
It's for those who need something right now, but who are willing to
wait for further product development.
I personally don't think that I will get a DM-R.
I'm on 'tactical' alert for a back for my Rollei, which is a more
viable alternative for me.
The prices are coming down on higher and higher megabyte stand alone
untethered backs.

Hi Slobodan!
I am wrestling with the decision to go for the full DM-R, or the (much) less expensive LeiCanon. There are, I think, merits to both.
I will be looking forward to a user report from you, when you get your DM-R.
Sadly, I am only at the thinking stage. I have just sold my house, and now expect to move at the end of April. I'll not be buying anything prior to that, so I will have the benefit of your wisdom before I make the final decision.
Cheers! ----------
