I'm surprised you haven't been treated to this notice until now, as it was 
popping up for most AVG Free Editions users months ago., Although it's 
interesting and amusing that you're still able to get updates to the virus 
database past that deadline, why not just allow AVG to upgrade? It's still 
going to be the Free Edition, no cost to you, and at least for me, using 
Jaws 7.0 and now Jaws 8, its interface has been more crisply accessible than 
before. So just do it, I'd say.

You can read the message with the Jaws cursor, although some of the
desktop might find its way in there too.  I'm still getting updates
and I didn't upgrade either.
