Well, it runs.  Whether it works, or not, must be a matter of judgement!

The generated message includes the text 'Mail failed: No such user'
followed by some text picked, apparently at random, from the incoming
mail - in my test case "Mail failed: No such user 'this awesomely=20"'

I'm not sure of the purpose of displaying the MDM (Completed) window
with
"chain: <Newsbase$Support>.qmail -root <POPStar$MailDir>.spool.mqueue -c
<Wimp$ScrapDir>.MDaemonC"

Also, the generated output got no further than the two files placed in
the scrap directory, but this is almost certainly due to the fact that I
use Hermes and not POPstar.
