Well then only those who posted items on this list are subject to this
SPAM since in the header I see two addresses only: The sender's address
and my own since that has to be there so that the mail gets here...

Anyone using a Windows machine on internet should run it behind a
router, have a good and always up to date virus and spyware protection,
a firewall and - more often than not forgotten - not use an account
which is administrator but a simple user account since then if some new
virus/spyware/... tries to install itself chances are quite high that
it fails due to lack of permission. The admin account should be used for
software installation only!
