Why bother getting a laptop with preloaded Linux. Distros you download
are much better than the weirdly set up stuff they use.
Have to agree , when I bought EEEpc the Xandros didn't allow me to do
anything .. I had to install debian on it. Yeah the default distros
are mostly stupid ones .. except in dell's case which has ubuntu on it
... but how many are *easily* available ?
I heard of also some SLED laptops .
/me wishes for the day when I can walk into any computer store and buy
a debian pre loaded laptop !!
