[Ilugc] total failure to find a netbook with linux

I guess the Windows EULA states clearly that you can get a refund if
you refuse the agreement.. Not sure about it.
Wanted to get a netbook for my dad not long ago, and the computer
showroom guy was totally helpless.. =(
