Hi
My complaint is not against FC4, but rather against
GNOME itself. KDE is somewhat more responsive than
GNOME on my machines.
On my P4 3 GHZ, 256 RAM system FC4 doesnt exhibit any performance issues
into GNOME. Let me try dumbing down the GHZ value
FC4/RH is perhaps best suited for enterprise
servers/workstations (large memory+more CPU power),
Fedora isnt really targeted at any specific market. There is a lot of
desktop related work happening there too. GTK, Dbus, HAL, NetworkManager
and so on.
