I also find EW/TW cut + paste annoying. Eg. select text in TW, then
use Ctrl-C to copy it to the clipboard...

Ctrl-V into a Zap text document pastes just the text (good!)

Ctrl-V into a Zap HoTMeaL document pastes the text plus a whole load of
unwanted HTML code. (This happens when the selected text was formatted
in some way or another - eg a heading.) Is there any way to stop this
happening?

(note: I've remapped Zap's Ctrl-V to paste from the clipboard, like
every other app I use.)
