Hi Craig, I don't know why I thought your last name was bartlet. I must be losing it in my old age, lol. Sorry about that. Sun of a gun, that second training mission was intended to be a "Kobiashi Maru" kind of thing, where you were intended to fail. I put int he cheating comment cause I honestly didn't think it was possible, as I intended. Silly me, grin. Wow. I was certainly surprised when you said you didn't lose any ships. I certainly wanted that fight to be monumental but it sounds like a cakewalk now. I was hopeing the borg would use the adap stuff, but I got to experiment more with it. I am glad you are enjoying the maps...let me know if they are too easy or too hard or anything else. No cheating, though you accused me of it in the map pack lol. I don't want to spoil training mission 2 for anyone, but the one hint I will give is to warp jump. You'll have to do it twice. For the borg level, it's like Shawn said. You'll want to deploy all shuttles and fighters. You'll then be best taking on a bubble like formation around the raging borg cube as it tries to come for you. Move the ones it's closest to away and move the far out ones in to attack. Keep hitting it with disrupter and photon torpedos, plasma and all the rest and keep your shuttles and fighters firing on it. Don't let it catch up to your ships, especially the dreadnaughts as they'll be your main attack force and you'll need them to punch through. I did it without losing a single ship, just a few hundred crew from various dreadnaughts. It was a challenge and I loved it, so I'll be going for these new maps to see what they're like! Craig
