Thanks Austen, I'll keep working away at the battle.
I didn't even think about using the tower. lol that'll help a lot I'm sure.

Thanks again!

hey, i'm the one who made kingdom of war.
the tent is a healing tent wich heals some of the units health at the
end of there turn.
the range works like this.
the archer could have a range of 4, wich means as long as you can
count left right up down 4 tiles between the archer and the target the
range works fine.
also, remember i tested all of those maps to make sure of beatability,
so don't be discouraged if you arent able to defeat the enemy in one.
try knew tactics and move people around to give them the best
advantages. if you use a wizard on a tower, you can move him off to
put another unit with ranged attacks on to it and get more out of the
tower than just the wizard for example.

Hi Craig,

That does explain a lot. The unit that attacked me did have range
abilities, but I'll be hanged if I knew how far their range was.
You can bet I'll be checking that in the future. lol

Does that healing tent at 7,3 on the bonus map have any special property?
Was thinking I might heal faster while on that tile. Or perhaps I could
replenish my mana quicker there.

Just a thought, thanks for the fun map to play, though I doubt I'll even
beat episode 1, army on the horizon, much less the bonus map. :D
Those evil archers go on for ever! lol

Hi Michael,

Was the unit that attacked you a ranged unit of some kind? It is
possible through range to attack diagonal. So, say, with you being 2
spaces diagonally away from your enemy, if the enemy had a range of 4
or more, it would be able to attack you, since its attack would go 2
across and 2 up. It takes more range to go diagonal though, for that
reason. But hopefully this explains that sort of thing a little better.

Craig
