But the beauty of Be was that you could have your cake and eat it, too.
Nobody is going to take this away from a free os b/c you need to let
developers have an easy way to start.

Did you hear what I said? Kickstart. This does it automatically. Besides,
you don't need to partition to begin with. Another thing, did you see the
progeny installer? Pretty newbie oriented.
