Philip,

As a systems tester I'm well aware some decisions get made well before 
users touch a system, and then its all too late to change, I'm talking 
about a 'should we take this direction' approach at the moment.

ie:- 
        <OBOS devs> Uninstalling packages through Software Valet is pants -
 how should we improve it?
        <User Panel> We have these ideas....
        <OBOS devs> Cool! we didn't think of that!

Also I can't imagine everything will be identical...
